What Causes Dark Discolourations Of Penis?

There are dark disclorations on the head and right below but above circumcison scar on my penis. I have always had uneven color but as i have gotten older these discolorations have grown darker. Mostl of the friends i have seen just have same color tone.

I'm hispanic, 5'7", 189 lbs, and always been in good health.
