What Causes Dark Dry Patches On Face After Application Of Trimelasin Cream?

Sir i have no pimple..someone suggested me to apply Trimelasin cream to lighten my skin..she told me that 1 of her dermatologist uncle suggested it and its safe..but after applying that my skin got darker and flesky....dry patches are also there .it looks damaged after 3 days usage..noe what can i do??
