What Causes Dark Lump On Labia?

I have a dark colored lump on my left labia. It doesn t hurt, itch or burn. No discharge or odor. I ve had the lump as far back as I can remember, the only difference was that it use to be flesh toned and now it s dark, black maybe. Just a little curious about if it might be a problem.
