What Causes Dark Menstrual Flow Only During Urination?

I had my last period last month around the 3rd I am having bleeding coming out my viginia which its not my period because I didn t have any type of signs of period it only comes out either when I pee or wipe myself but not all the time its been going on for about 3 days now im guessing but today the blood in my panty liner is dark like brownish.. the only time my blood be dark and brownish is when my period is ending and its like the left over blood. and my blood wasn t even heavy like it would be if I was on my period
