Sir, my big problem in bawaseer , dark pimples for my anus. So please right treatment for me.
The Problem: (1) Dark Pimples (2) Big pain in anus seating in chair (3) Eating food for chilli so stomech in pain&anus pain. (4) Pain for pimples in after going to toilet & pimples size in large of after toilet.
