What Causes Dark Purplish Brown Spot In The Opening Of Vagina?

I have a dark purplish brownish spot in the opening of the vagina and I can also see and feel maybe two to three small bumps that have no color that are almost between the opening of the vagina and the inside of theopening,Nothing itches or burns or smellssmells. Do I have a STD?T
