Good morn doctor my question is this i have tested non reactive twice in 15 month for hiv , however i have rashes of my face dark area their side burns and latey small pimps around mouth the check area of my face has the rash, and my face is dark exceptg forehead and nose , their are also small pimples of aeyebrow as nose, thank u
