What Causes Dark Scars Under The Eyes From A Facial Scrub?

YES I ve been using aveeno scrub with microbeads.don t wash my eye area but in rinsing it off no way to keep from rinsing my eye area but I m getting scars rough like a burn Mark under my eyes and above any recommendation doctor,of can I apply any oil around my eyes. Thanks
