What Causes Dark Spot On Face?

sir, i'm having dark spot on my face from past few weeks.i usually scratch them & remove peep from inside.dark spots are not going i'm very worry please help me.
my age-20
height-5ft 7inch
weight-around 60kg
medical history-nothing related to face although i'm having mt malaria around 10yrs ago
