What Causes Dark Spot On Lungs?

hello doctor before 10 years ago i have a tb..but i recovered after 6 months....before 4 years i get the medical certificate from uk medical center in my country...they give me clear report and issue me clear medical certificate....now i have a plan to come to uae..but doctor speak to me u have a little spot in ur longs but you are completely recoverd now....so is that any problem for rejection of visa of uae
