What Causes Dark Spots Due To Pimples On Face?

Sir i am 19 year old engg student i have many blackspot on my face due to pimples and my face is not so fairer than my any other body part ,black spots tottally destroy my fairness .....can i undergo for the laser treatment ...suggest me its solution ?
