What Causes Dark Spots On The Foreskin Of My Penis?

I have three dark spots on the foreskin of my penis, two appeared just a few days ago. I had oral sex for the first time three weeks ago. My parther noticed some blood on her mouth but there was not any trace of blood on the foreskin or the head of my penis. We assumed that the bleeding was perhaps from one of her teeth but of course I am worried. Can the two moles have anything to do with perhaps a possible bite and do I have to check this out further? Can these moles be treated?
