What Causes Dark Spots On The Underside Of The Tongue?

two dark spots on the sides of the back of my tongue. I consumed antibiotics for my acne and a month ago i took pepto bis.. I don't know what it is as i never had it before. It's almost smooth. I thought it would just go away but i've had over a month now.
