What Causes Dark Urine Along With Abdominal Pain And Poor Appetite?

Hello, I am a black man with diabetes and since this Thursday I have been experiencing unusually dark urine, abdominal pain, poor appetite and fatigue, I have had blood tests and urine tests and nothing comes back positive. Saturday I was placed on a medication for GERD, stomach ulcers, and IBS however I don t have these illnesses, I broke out in hives and was taken off the meds today. I am concerned about the pain and dark urine what could it be?
