What Causes Dark Urine And Decreased Urine Output?

Yes I am 33year old male and I have very dark urine with only peeing twice a day.Also I have high blood pressure and my heart is been beating hard sometimes with anxiety plus I have had bad circulation in my arms plus stiffing of bones and also pale skin.Please Dr if you can diagnose me I would be very appreciative even if it is something bad.I have medicare and medicaid so I will be able to address a Dr with my illness if I only knew what it was.Thank you.Robert Huff
