What Causes Dark Urine Post Treatment For Jaundice?

hello doctor. My name is Singh. iam 27years old. i suffered from juiandace and typhoid. juiandace was 1.8 and typhoid is also not so high. i took medicine and now my bilirubin is 0.8 and widal is 1:40. still my urine colour is dark yellow in the morning and it goes normal till night. i checked my fever regulary. its 97 to 98.3. its a normal. but the palms of hands nd feet feeling hot whole day. why the urine colour is yellow in the morning to afternoon and why my body feels hot whole day but i dnt have fever when i checked.
