What Causes Dark Urine With Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Cramps?

Im having a few problems and i was wondering if you would possibly know what the issue is. My urine is a dark golden yellow and has a very strong smell. My period is late and im not pregnant. I have cramps all month long.I also have a thick white discharge. And also ive noticed a small amount of lactation from my breasts. Could you help me ?
