What Causes Dark Vaginal Discharge With Urinary Incontinence?

Hey ya ive been having a thick black discharge sticky for awhile now and lately ive been going to the toilet alot the urge comes on very quick and sumtimes i dont quite make it in time and wet myself a little. I was previously in with my doctor about discharge and 8 have been referred to hospital for a scan but still waiting. Ive the coil in for nearly a year now. What could the problem be im kinda scared it could be overal cancer
