What Causes Darkened Itchy Skin On Chin?

hi there

I have bad blisters on my face from the sun very sore when I touch it (swollen) it disappeared and left black marks (very very itchy and little red) its been like this for the last week turning very dark. Its also very dry and feels like a fake skin, and its only on the chin, please help
