What Causes Darkening Of Nipples,tiredness And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

i have been taking the pill but missed 2 of them i also late by 14 days. i have browning of the nipples cramps, tiredness, browning discharge and feeling sick throughout the day. i have took 2 pregnancy tests which have both came back negative please could you help me
