What Causes Darkening Of Skin Tone Of An Infant?

My daughter is 22months. When she was born she was little dark then after 6 months she was very fair white colour. Now she is becoming little dark, only her face is fair & white. Is there anything to to make my daughter fair. Till last one month i was using johnson & johnson products. Now im using himalayas products.
