What Causes Darker Veins On Breast And Soreness?

hi i had unprotected sex a week ago and am supposed to get my period this monday or tues...ihowever yesterday i noticed darkening of my veins on my chest and breast and my breast are really sore....when i woke up today i noticed the veins of my arms were darkened also...what can it be???? should i worry???
