What Causes Decline In Potassium Level Along With Presence Of Gall And Kidney Stones?
I have a follow up Doctor appointment in the morning to go over some test results from a recent visit to ER, I guess to come up with a game plan. I m 44 yrs old, female. Had severe pain behind right rib cage. I felt like i was having a heart attack, I passes out while in the shower. Next evening same pain came so i went to ER. They did very thorough test to rule out the heart. I want some ideas of what I should ask the doctor tomorrow. My blood pressure was high even though i take lisinaprol and my potassium level was very low 2.5. I have a gallstone. The report says a 15 gallstone. and ultrasound shows kidneys demonstrate cortical thinning. I have had a long history of UTI s and kidney stones, i also get many yeast infections. It looks like all of this could be related to low potassium. I know I will probably get 15 minutes with the doctor and I want to make sure everything is covered. should there be addition tests? should the stone be removed?
