What Causes Decreased Libido?

I had a testicular biopsy done to check for cancer. 2-3 days after the surgery i got sexually aroused and mastubated. This resulted in a blood buildup and an enlarged varicocele which i afterwards tried to repair with a laparoscopic surgery with no luck. It only got a little smaller. Today i experiance decrease in libido and i have also done testosterone, LH and FSH measurments. LH and FSH are low but testosterone has also decreased. My initial testosterone level was about 24-30 mol / l. The latest measurments are 17-20 mol/l. I am woried that my testis is damaged and that the low libido is caused by that. Have i damaged my testis by mastubating and will i be able to recover?
