What Causes Decreased Size Of Neck Post Removal Of Adenoids?

had a neck section, right side of my neck. 3 years ago. my neck is quite thin in that area under my jaw to my apple. starting to get my feeling back in that area and felt a very small, size of a pee boney thing. is it from the surgery. had all my adenoids taken out that side.
