What Causes Decreasing Urine Flow And Painful Intercourse?

I have noticed a decreasing urine flow, sometimes difficult to start. I have had to digitally start/assist bm movements. Have painful intercorse & husband cannot get in very far. Last lab work doctor mentions dehydration & kidney dysfunction, will ck again in 4 mon @ next lab work. I will be having colonospy this month. I am female, 68 yrs old. YYYY@YYYY
