What Causes Deep Indentations On Buttocks?

I have very deep buttocks identions on both checks. When I was 3 weeks old I got very sick and the doctors gave me needles in buttocks which left a really bad scars I'm 51 year old female and I wand to find a doctor who can fix the problem. Can you help me ?
