What Causes Deep Pain Inside The Lower Abdomen And The Shoulder Blade?

yes thank you. I have been having a funny pain deep inside my lower left side of my abdomen , and it actually hurts more when I sit sideways on my left side or push it in a little. I ve also been having a dull pain under my left shoulder blade towards my spine which goes down the back of my left arm towards the inside, and also a pain in my left side in the back --around my kidney...it said on this site that the consultation was for free...is this a scam, then?
