What Causes Deep Swelling With Hole Under Eye With Pus Discharge?

Hello I have a very deep swollen hole just under my eye near my cheek it s been here for a few months the swelling has gone down and it isn t oozing pus it s just a large hole with redness surrounding it I have taken 3 courses of antibiotics and tried steroid creams my doctor gave me and also scar reduction serum nothings working please help thanks, jenny
