What Causes Deformation Of Fibula Post ACL Reconstruction Surgery?

My fibula head sometimes sticks ou. Today when I was sleeping I moved my knee and the fibula just stuck out. I have had acl reconstruction not so long ago, I was wondering is it because my hamstrings are working harder on ome side of the knee causing the fibula to be sticking out?
