What Causes Delay In Conceiving Having Diagnosed With PCOs?

I have PCOS and have been on the pill for 3 years.. my partner and i are trying to concieve.

My last period on the pill was the 10th of oct. I stoped takin the pill from that day and have had sexual intercourse between then and now and am experiencing symtoms. WHAT COULD THIS BE?
