What Causes Delay In Menstruation After A C-section?

Hi m Angela I just gave birth 4 months ago twins g/g by c-section I had sex last week for the first time and I m not breast feeding the condom teared up and Iam 7 days late for my periods I don t wanna get pregnant .... If m not what can I take to bring back my piriods?
