What Causes Delay In Menstruation And Brown Spotting?

I haven't has a period since my baby has been born and last month my husband and i had unprotected sex and about a week after i had some brwonish spotting and havent had a period since. I am only breastfeeding and my baby is now 6 1/2 months could i be pregnant?
