What Causes Delay In Menstruation And Feeling Sleepy?

hello im concerned because im more then 2 weeks late on my period and i took a home pregnancy test and it came out negitive ... my periods are pretty regular and im pretty concerned on why im late. i have been feeling a little grossed out and really sleepy what should i do?
