What Causes Delay In Menstruation, Bloating, Frequent Urination And Shortness Of Breath?

hi I havnt had my period yet and im bloated , im having to urinate often, im also having shortness of breath and headaches and sometimes gas and burping. I took a pregnancy test I thought I seen a faint line but nobody else sees it. what do I do, please help !!!!!
