What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

hi i was just wondering i havent had my perid in 3 months and all test are coming back negative been gaing weight in my belly region and also been feeling sick i was just wondering if it could be a pregancy or a csy that can cause me to have no period.
