What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

I have a problem which is the following..my last period was on the 14th of december 2013..my menstruation cycle is always almost 24 days..i should have got my next period on the 10th of january 2014 but still no sign till now
Last friday i took primolut n for 3 days..threw times per day..the last day i took it was on sunday..till now menstruation didnt start yet..i took a pregnancy test earlier and it gave a negative result..what should i do in my case?
