What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

Hi doc,am 25 years old and I suppose to see my period on the 19Th but it didn't show up and have gone for a blood pregnancy test but it came out negative.am on primolut N now but am scared.hope after taking this drugs everything will be back as normal.please kindly reply me now
