What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

im 2 weeks late for my period, and im not pregnant, no form of sexual contact in over 7 months, and i stopped taking my anti-depressants cold turkey around 2 months ago, every now and again ill take one, anyways my question is what could be wrong with me?
