What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

hiya i need some advice according to my own gp i am not pregnant but i have missed 1 mentrual cycle already and due another tomorow and there is definitly no sign of it coming either.i have done 10 pregnancy test all negative,sore and heavy breast,headaches,more tired than usuall and dont no what to do plz help
