What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

I an on the pill and I have did not have my period for 2 months then i got it this month on time but a little heavy it went away after about 3 or 4 days the now i have heavy bleeding and cramping and its only been a week since my period. i took pregnancy tests and they all where negative.
