What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

Hi, I have missed this months period and have taken 4 pregnancy test over a 17 day period which have all been negative? I had my last periods during September one on the 9th which was heavy but stop start for 7 days and one on the 22nd which was similar but for 4 days. Is there still a possibility that I am pregnant?
