What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

Im worried I might be pregnant, I have alll the physical signs nausea, tiredness, constipation, sore sensitive nipples as well as a change in shape and colour and im bery sensitive to smells. I am also alomst 1 week late for my period.

Could any of these be side effects of coming off the combined pill or any other illness?
