What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

Hello, i have a question. I have not started my period, i have been sleepy all day, and i can not seem to keep any food down. I am sooo hungry in the morning but feel sick and through up. Also i have taken 3 pregnancy test and they say negative and i am 10 or more days late. What can be happening to me.
