What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

I'm sexually active but extremely careful and only have one sexual partner. However, I took plan B out of what I consider unnecessary paranoia and haven't had a period since I took it in november. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and they're all negative. What could be causing the absence of periods?
