What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

I am 51yo have had regular periods all my life until now. I am 1 month overdue,have period pains and dark colour urine.I have also put on weight and my stomach is bloated. after my last period in early february I got Bali belly and then a chest infection. I took 2 lots of antibiotics and then got thrush.I then had to take medication for that. I could not be pregnant as my partner has had a vasectomy?
