What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

I delayed period by 20 days , i conduct home made preg test twice both negative.I have sex on 3rd March externally i.e he ejaculate on my vagina though he not inserted his penis into my vagina,I am taking thyroid medicine also.pls suggest me if I have any chance of being pregnancy?I am 26 yr girl
