What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

My boyfriend & I had sex everyday around, on, and even after my ovation days. I missed my period for this month. I've took a few pregnancy test which was negative! I also had a fourwheeler wreck with my brother and got really bad hurt and as soon as I was in the e.r. my stomach started hurting. I told the doctors I could possibly be pregnant. I told them I didn't want just a reg. **** test I wanted someone to run more tests to see if I was pregnant. Of course they didn't and the test could up negative. I should be about nine weeks pregnant now. Days after the wreck/ This morning I wake up loosing tons of blood and hurting really bad. Today is the 30th and I normally dont have periods until the 5th/ Please help me? Did the wreck hurt my baby if I am pregnant and what should I do?
