What Causes Delay In Menstruation When Diagnosed With Breast Cancer?

I ve been diagnosed with bc a couple months ago and it keeps coming back so this is the 3rd time taking meds. I was supposed to start my period on the 18th of January and its now February 1st I took a pregnancy test it was negative... Any suggestions??
