What Causes Delay In Menstruation While On Treatment For Infertility?

Hi, I am TTC for one year now but in vain. My infertility expert prescribed me Eltroxin 25 mcg starting last month as my TSH level was 4.55. I generally use to get my periods by 32 days but this time it has been delayed to 37 days of cycle. I haven t got a HPT done yet. can Eltroxin delay periods?
